RE:Musk gives fascinating interview about battery techThe chemestry in the batteries may continue to evolve over time. The graphite however is used for the Anode in the battery. So the anode and cathodes should be the constants of battery production. 

We are in a great position with AGC and ill see growth and partnership in the near future.
