I presume they thought of a buyback and didn't go that route because there's very limited market depth. But I agree that it's strange they didn't first try to scoop up what they could.

I'm kicking myself for not picking up some of the A series when insiders were buying. I had a big bid in but it never got filled. Instead I got more of the B's.
