RE:RE:DraftKings files suit to prevent N.Y. shutdown

RE:RE:DraftKings files suit to prevent N.Y. shutdownEven if the judge see's DFS a game of chance, it wil be tied up in the courts for years and it will be business as ususal until the court case is settled. We now know FA postion after yesterdays news release.

"We are aware that both DraftKings and Fanduel are vigorously challenging the cease and desist" said Tom Frisina, chief executive officer of Fantasy Aces. "One thing that is extremely important to note is that Mr. Schneidermann's statement has absolutely zero effect on Fantasy Aces' business at this time. We continue to serve players in the state of New York and will do so until further notice. This was nothing more than a political move that we believe will soon be overturned by the courts."

Hopefully the judge sees the AG argument working against themselves. If it is a game of chance, how can just over 1% of users be winning the majority of games. Because it takes skill. Courts will need to decide this as previously said, the AG is not in the mood to compromise.
