RE:RE:Does anyone know why the stock has fallen?

Funny, I said the same thing last week and was called a liar and a basher. 

Their burn is the real problem.  The fact that they raised money at 46 cents less than six months ago will have pissed off some bankers.  It won't be easy to raise the kind of funds they need to get this thing to breakeven.  I think they can do it, but I don't think the peopel on this board will like the terms of the deal.

The issue that would keep me up at night if I were an investor is that people might not actually be using the service.  If people in large numbers were using slyce to buy clothes or products the management would (rightly) never shut up about it.  Unfortunately, management speaks in vague terms about the future. If brands don't see a return on their investment, we might see customer attrition. It is just so damn hard to change people's behaviours.   

I am waiting for this to consolodate somewhere down here (or for the next round of financing to take place) before I establish a position.  I still am optimistic long term but this is a serious rough patch.

I would also feel a lot better if Chell were not in charge. He feels like a huckster. 

I get why people on this board are mad.
