RE:Omnio

RE:OmnioStaghorn,
I asked Fred how Omnio benefitted from the deal. This answers the first part of your question.

Good afternoon Jack,

What a great conference call right? Amazing the potential of our proprietary platforms!!

Omnio has also a very good deal. There was a small upfront payment to them for us to secure the global IP rights.

We will also be paying a low single digit royalty when the product gets commercialized. Because of the volume of sales we can anticipate, this could represent some serious amounts to them while this will not hurt our recurring revenue streams model. Truly is a win-win situation for all and most of all for all the patients that we will help healing along the way.

Hope this helps. I wish I could provide exact figures but I cannot at this point in time.

Best regards,

Fred
