RE:Just hard ball negotiations or Real BS!

RE:Just hard ball negotiations or Real BS!Indicator - Williams had only himself to blame for the failure of this Oct bid... He must be an idiot to think "firesales" not realising the fact that COS has enough finance to tide over low oil prices for even one to two years ie NOT near to bankrupt to be treated as "firesales".... He must be an idiot to think SU can get 2/3 shares tendering with a 0.25 SU share.... In short, Williams totally overestimated himself and underestimated other people... Had he followed his April friendly bid of 0.32 SU share with more negotiation with COS and even if proceed on hostile to offer a 0.35 SU, then he can have moderate chance to succeed.... His pride on mastering "firesales" got him totally off his head !
