Who's Prepared If COS goes back to under $7 per share....?

Who's Prepared If COS goes back to under $7 per share....?
I suspect COS is likely to go back to trading at under $7 per share if the SU offer is either rejected by COS shareholders, expires, or is withdrawn by COS........It would then be a matter of whether COS management can find a better deal from another suitor, or is going to continue trying to go it alone....If the SU deal falls through, COS management will at least be able to continue receiving their salaries etc. from COS shareholders, so it wouldn't be all that bad for them.....
