If PTA did initiate this offer or bid, to attract a bidding war for the company, as was suggested by some one, I doubt it. If they were to have done it with that intention, then why would they have been so quick to unanimously approve it.? With no debt and all that cash in hand, and with the production they have now, what was the hurry to sell? This is not in the best interest of us retail investors. I will vote against it, for all the good it will do. I need $3.10 to break even, and get the perverbial shaft once again. I have final come to realize that there is no way not to get shafted, when you invest in penny stocks on the venture exchange. In my opinion it is just plain and simply a haven for crooks. If a company was legitimate to make a go of it, with good intent and good management, they wouldn't let retail investors like us in, on a chance to make a big profit. Our money is wanted to get in a position so they could do what they did to us today. You can bet that one way or the other the top dogs will be looked after in this deal in ways we will never know.
