Why Cristobal is gone, 2015 IMOI am glad to give my opinion. As a Private Eye and one who attempted to expose every different “entity agenda” in controlling the Pascua Lama property, someone who needs to be exposed had the greatest advantage gained through the mysterious death of Cristobal Lopehandia Cortes. This needs to be addressed in this forum.

Villar/Jorge Group
Chilean Government
ABX Stockholders (Class Action)
Foreign Government (China, etc) or Foreign entity
The focus is very simple if Cirstobal was set up to leave the “situation”. FACT: The key 2005 Partnership created by Villar gave 40% control to Cristobal. Jorge needed his brother to be his “front” since 2000. Cristobal was the “middle-man” in the transaction. His front Jorge, as a brother, knowing Jorge has been removed by their father for marrying a Canadian wife!
Since Brent Johnson first met Jorge (December 28, 2009), over $20 million has been raised and expended through the MSX Investors. I got directly involved the next week (January 4, 2000).
ABX had already dealt with Villar back in 1997. Villar needed Promoter Jorge to raise the Millions needed since 2000 to March, 2010 to keep his claim alive. MSX has kept everything alive since that first investment to the present. Since 2000 Legal Fees and under the table payments has controlled the “life” of the Villar/Jorge 2001 litigation. Attorneys have come and gone, pocketing Millions!
Because I was directly involved with Jorge between 2001-2007; then became enemies/adverse parties after 2007; I have the best independent view in pointing the “finger of investigation” to Villar and Jorge. They have gained the most since 2000! My father proved Jorge has nothing to any ownership back in April, 2004 after my trip to South America (Brazil and Chile). It was my trip which caused the January, 2005 Partnership!
