In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:Further BidsIt is very difficult for me to trust PTA management. Something just doesn't seem right. I suspect more offers will come. But the PTA management may push this through with the appearance to me of money under the table.

I will probably hold onto the GTE shares if this goes through simply because GTE seems to have much better management. .

My breakeven is US$1.90 on PTA. So I am down significantly, 50%. But GTE looks to have a bright upside.

The Saudis look like they will collapse on this oil price; they are selling out their future as the monarchy has been raping the country. Within a year or two the oil price will go up significanlty I suspect.
