RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Question....I don't think anyone on this board is worried about a lawsuit. 

Mgmt would have to give back some of the money they took to launch a suit. They certainly don't want to lift there kimono's it would be suicidal to make everything public. 

Even though I still own some stock, not enough volume to sell it. It will be gone before year end for tax purposes.

I don't think we are too far away from a class action suit against co, board, mgmt, auditors and legal advisors. Outside of death of INT this is far from over I suspect. BTW Ice you know you have nothing to worry about, facts are facts!
