RE:B.C. has to let the LNG pipedream go, The bottom line is that LNG and OIL are still more cost effective than using wind and solar. Geothermal has potential in more stabil areas than BC. What happens to a geothermal system piped 200-300 feet or more deep when there is a quake in the area.
BC needs to get the job done. Move forward as quickly as possible on LNG. Quit trying to make all parties happy and get the job done. If you want to satisfy every crybaby native group and tree hugger then the project will never advance. No matter what you do you will never please 100% of the population. Do what is best for the province and not is what is best for the latest fad be it eel grass or something else.
And what every Fcuking do don't you dare dig up an earthworm! Someone might just claim cruelty to aminals and shut you down. All hail the worm!

B.C. has to let the LNG pipedream go, says environmental lawyer David Richard Boyd : " Boyd believes the province is moving in the wrong direction with its liquefied natural gas plans. "We need to be investing in solar, wind and geothermal energy," he said. "Let that pipedream go." ..................................... https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/climate-change-talks-premiers-1.3313988
