I undertstand you aren't too intelligent freewest/fearseeker2012 but do you think others are as stupid as you are in not seeing your indisciminate bashing here and on other health stocks with all your aliases?
Bashers lie. You lie. Not just a little but to the absurdity levels I have never seen before!
You're target price for example for VRX is not based on reality. Stocks don't go to zero ovenight. IF VRX is a complete fraud, it will go to zero after a series of turbulent rise and fall in the SP.
That's why I'm here watching. I buy low, sell high. The break-up value of VRX is about that it trades at now. That's why we are seeing large funds pcikup the stock and why it had a green day Friday! Problem is the big dark clouds on top of VRX are real so this is risky even after this selloff.
Let me be clear. I'm not buying VRX, just watching. Too many red flags that have to be cleared up by the CEO before I'll put a dime on VRX.
The two biggest red flags for me which the company (not some anonymous BS SH posters) need to clear up:
1. the Valeant ownership/relatinship with Philidor. The company does not appear to be very clear on this which is a concern. This is a very weak point for them. From all indications and research I have done, Philidor was setup as a variable interest entity (VIE).. VRX needs to come clean on that because it can't just be swept under the carpet.

2. The ***MASSIVE*** CEO insider selling 10 days ago (reported 6 days ago). What percentage of his ownership is that?

I've seen posters here talk about margin calls but I don't buy it. There's more to this than "just" a $100M "margin call"!!! So the BS is coming from all sides with VRX!
You bashers, on other other hand, have not disclosed your position. You are either short or being paid by a shorting team to bash. Based on your level of intellect, you appears to be a low-paid basher with little but fear mongering at your disposal. Your posting are simply ridiculous under all your multiple accounts on stockhouse.
Let me be clear with you, I don't pay too much attention to BNN in my buy/sell decisions. The reporters and guests are just humans and are manipulated like the rest of humans. BUT, they have some credibility otherwise, the show producers would get replaced if they brought complete babbling idiots like you on the show! So BNN, even being not that good, is somewhat more credible that all the garbage posted on these "discussion groups" (which appear to exist just to bash and pump!).
On stockhouse, idiots like you get to had full freedom and rule boards like the VRX one. Makes stockhouse next to worthless for a honest investor/traders.
But, I'll know that "investor sentiment" has changed when the bulls have regained this board but right now, there's few willing to step up to defend Valeant (for good reasons!). That itself, keep me on the sidelines except to challenge complete, outright, liars like you and your short seller bosses.
I want to hear from the Valeant CEO on the real relationship to Philidor and the VIE corporate structure as well as why he sold and if he is planning to repurchase and when does that become possible for him?
Until then VRX is a solid HOLD. But I will tell you the more bashers appear to be desperate by spreading lies and fabrication, the more interested I get in buying Valeant. The two red flags are the only two things stopping me at this point. And if I was a holder of VRX, I would not sell to the short seller crooks waiting to buy. This stock was manipulated up and it's being manipulated down. That's clear to me.
What isn't clear is how to best play it to MAKE money. That's why we are all here, don't pretend otherwise you scum.
