Once again
They had 35M            (adjusted income 51.4M/ EPS of $1.46= 35M)

shares outstanding after Covis purchase. With an additon of 8M shares for AMCO purchase, doesn't that make it 43M and not 50.9m?

How did we get to 50.9???
