RE:ooohh that smell... can't ya smell that smell?...it is pretty clear a proxy vote will be in favor of the new slate of directors.....adios quackie.....

The NexGen cheerleaders bashed and bashed during the period leading up to the vote... then Gifford appears out of nowhere to lead some anonymous group that wants to have a say in the running of Fission... then Gifford is able to send out a new release on Town Hall day... and just happens to be sitting with Ben Ainsworth at the meeting where he made his statement... then after the merger fails to meet approval he sets up a website which continues to hide the names of the directors of Oversight and its members... and there are zero posts on the forum after a month online... but the Overhang continues to create uncertainty which continues to push down the share price and bash management, preparing the soil and sowing seeds for a proxy contest... then just in time for the nomination deadline lo and behold Ben Ainsworth, the father of NexGen's VP of Exploration, throws his name in as a director candidate along with a group of other candidates who appear to be linked with producers rather than explorers... and within minutes of the release of their names the NXE cheerleaders are rallying behind them and posting their profiles and photos....  wooooohh... hold your noses... what's that stink?

Do you know how to spell "corporate raid"?

No wonder Gifford didn't release any names of who is behind Oversight.  It appears now that Ben has been the backer that has been using his contacts to put together a proxy contest to achieve his own aims, with Gifford as his front man.   Phewwww... what a smell!

Something is definitely rotten in the state of FCU OverSight... :-0
