Clement3: You are taking J. Schactner's target out of context. Schactner's targets are based on oil & gas prices & does not take into consideration the 100 million share dilution if LRE follows through with the deal with MIE. The MIE deal will hurt Long Run Shareholders with share dilution & future market investment.

CEO Andrew is a tired old man who has lost face & demonstrated weakness with the Chinese & investors see & know this. The MIE group demonstrated to the investment world that they lack confidence in LRE & cannot be trusted to follow things through. In other words, MIE & CEO Andrew & the LRE BoD have made fools of themselves.

MIE is a bad deal for LRE shareholders. I would rather liquidation than dilution.
