Fiduciary Responsibility

Randall sells the only asset Diablillos for penneys on the dollar and retains a 2% smelter royalty and we are supposed to be happy with that. We have been led to believe that the feasibility study was at hand and I for one expected a buy out but I thought Rodinia Lithium not Diablillos. Please contact a Canadian Lawyer and put a stop to this madness. I have 290,000 shares that I would rather lose entirely than to be swindled like this.
