RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Selling Ice in the Winter and Boats in the DesertI don't think you've done a "little" investigating, Junglej. I think you've done a lot of investigating and you can't come up with anything better than what you've offered so far. Certainly none of this is going to help the shareholders, but perhaps it satisfies one of your inner needs.
Regardless, you can be sure I won't be going into politics. I have a passion for the truth and I recognize that what can be true one day is not necessarily true the next. You of all people should appreciate this fact. Remember last November? On one day it was going to be Teuton that was finished forever. Gone, but not forgotten. The next day Judge Grauer ruled on the costs. Did the parties adapt to the new truth? If not, what has been the consequence of such a failure?
The Treaty Creek litigation is over and either these two companies will exploit this resource, which seemed to be what American Creek was saying seven months ago, or Treaty Creek won't be exploited for quite some time. Of course, Treaty Creek might be exploited VERY soon. Payables are due and the recent financings were not too successful for either company, although Teuton does have $250,000 coming in January. Happy New Year! I think my plan could benefit both sets of shareholders, but I think also that you don't want Treaty Creek to be exploited at all, at least by Teuton or American Creek, and you are using old animosities to continue driving a wedge that ultimately benefits your benefactor.
I look forward to continuing our conversation, Junglej, but perhaps it would be better to continue it via our inboxes. Surely anyone else reading our spat finds very little use for it all.
