I'm not sure if this is your error, or whether the source data is misleading.
Regardless, your point about operating income and earnings per share is well-taken, however that in and of itself is not the only thing that determines a stockprice.
For example, Amazon has reported negative earnings for several quarters, and its stockprice has been flying this year. Revenue growth, irrespective of earnings, can sometimes affect momentum in a positive way. That is the metric which I'm focused on with Neulion (with the caveat that costs don't seem outrageously out of the ordinary for a company that is still in the growth phase of its life-cycle).
