Thanks NM4R! I find it very interesting that he and other executive team members are in a blackout period. Typically this is the case prior to quarterly releases, but very unusual after as that is when all inside knowledge is disseminated to the public. In my mind this means 1 or more of a few things...

There's some material announcement that is going to be made shortly.

They're close to signing significant deals that will change the short/mid-term prospects of the business

The company has been approached by a potential acquirer

Regardless of what it is, I sure as hell hope we hear about it soon. The last few weeks have been very tough to take.
