Why would it be delisted?

It's on the TSX venture, you won't get delisted from there except if the company itself think it's better to delist. They would need shareholders approval for that.

And in fact in some recent call they were actually talking about that they are looking at the possibility of being listed on a US stock exchange also, because there is interest from US investors.

TSX-V is a terrible place to be listed right now but I would really like to know where you get this rumour from ...
