Slyce forming a base here?

Slyce forming a base here?It looks like the bleeding has stopped in the short term around 17.5 cents.  I might be jumping the gun (it looked like it was consolodating around 24 cents two weeks ago).

As I have said on this board before, I would like to find an entry point for this stock, but only after the financing requirements have been met. If the stock price stabalizes it might give management the chance to approach some finaciers and get the cash that they are desperately in need of.  

Does anybody have a target price that you are aiming for before you make an entry?
