The Company operates in Cochise County, Arizona, and is focused on delivering pure copper cathode into the United States domestic supply chain. The Company’s projects include Gunnison Copper Project, the Johnson Camp Mine, and a portfolio of exploration projects, including the Peabody Sill and the Strong and Harris deposits, in Cochise County, Arizona. The Strong and Harris copper-zinc-silver deposit is located just 1.3 miles (2.4 kilometers) north of Gunnison Copper’s Johnson Camp SX-EW facility. The Gunnison Project which incorporates a large open pit of predominantly copper oxide mineralization approximately two kilometers south of Johnson Camp Mine (JCM). The Project is a copper cathode and is designed to produce around 167 million pounds of copper cathode annually.

RE:RE:Greenstone did not get into MIN for a lousy 30% CuJunior, you (one individual) like myself did not invest into a risky junior for a 30% premium, but I would never compare an individual investor to an entire private equity fund which has legal duty to its investors. Desperate times may require desperate measures. As I've stated we are in a horrible commodities market and you have to remember that MIN is not their own investment. Taking premiums where they see fit may be a smart move for the fund as a whole to cut overall exposure to risk. 30% premium or so is still alot in terms of what they invested and in terms of how risky the copper market currently is. 2.1/lb and going lower. The point I'm trying to make is that we CANNOT create a poison pill or fight a hostile takeover if a majority stakeholder votes for it -- this is what I am more worried about
