RE:Williams interview with BNN-honour highest premium

RE:Williams interview with BNN-honour highest premiumI don't think SU got 60% of COS support... The COS shareholders must be desperate and insane to tender their shares at 0.25 SU deal... All I heard from the BNN video was Stephen said "his SU shareholders urged him NOT to chase target because SU has plenty of other good acquisition choices..." I got the feeling of this is a sour grape manipulation... Somehow he knew SU won't be able to get enough votes for the takeover deal largely because he offered 0.25 SU which was too low and it would be embarrassing if he increased the offer substantially in order to make possible the acquisition...He got no choice but to let the deal expire , so might as well said "SU shareholders urged him not to chase for COS" to pave the path for him to exit this mess without looking too much a fool.... Well, I hope his pursue for firesales will go well with other companies since he claimed SU can have so many acquisition choices...
