This reeks of a similar "unsolicated takeover bid" that Nautiulus Minerals received a few years ago. Only difference is the person behind that, Michael Bailey, used his real name, offered a HUUGE premium to the market price, and ultimately, after causing the stock to spike up massively, completely renegged on the deal....in that case he actually tendered his own list of dissident directors that he would bring on board (none of which had ever heard of him).. not a bad way to pump a stock though!
this is clearly a scam though.. the "$10m investment" Quest apparently made is actually nothing more than a Shopify user site.... ie a glorified Ebay user account that has a more corp look/feel.
whoever was behind it mustv'e had a GREAT 8 MINUTES. lesson of the day, if something sounds too good too be true........ yadda yadda yadda
