Struthers Report V21 # 15.3 Zonte ZON

Struthers Report V21 # 15.3 Zonte ZONZonte Metals TSXV:ZON OTC: EREPF Recent Price $0.03 Entry Price $0.15 Opinion strong buy Huge news with Zonte this morning, it has been a long wait and now we know why. The Columbia mining department has been holding this off because they did not want the problems it is going to cause now, so Zonte was forcing them legally and finally Columbia came out and denied Zonte the claims. To net down the press release these claims were all acquired legally and it was basically Anglo Gold/B2 Gold that screwed up. The one claim of about 17.8 hectares extends right on to Anglo's Gramalote open pit resource. - see map below From a 2012, 43 101 this deposit has 2.535 Million ounces of gold in the total measured and indicated categories. There has been more work since then and we are probably looking at a 4 to 5 million ounce deposit eventually, Zonte's claims in question, although they are narrow, Anglo Gold will not be able to proceed with out them Some of you may remember Rye Patch, this is very similar except in ZONs case the legal battle will include the mining department in some regard. Most likely it will eventually be settled for some significant cash for Zonte. In 2011 Rye Patch - RPM staked claims amongst Coeur de Alene's producing Rochester Mine in Nevada. Basically Coeur made a huge mistake and let a number of claims lapse, they did not pay the renewals and Rye Patch knew Nevada well and quickly staked the lapsed claims. On the news, RPM stock jumped from around $0.35 to $0.80. RPM had quite a few shares outstanding around 120 million, so the approx. 40 cent jump in the share price added a market value of about ($0.40 X 120) $48 million and this was a pretty close assessment of the worth About a year later Rye Patch and Coeur settled out of court where Coeur paid Rye Patch $10 million cash up front and around $32 million in Royalties over 4 years, so ended at about $42 million I don't know how ZON stock will act, it may take some time as the story developes and more news comes out. For now be patient and hold positions and if you can buy anywhere under 20 cents I think that would be a bargain in time. If ZON got a similar settlement as Rye Patch, say $40 million, ZON only has 25 million shares out so it would be a value of $1.60 per share I pasted in the news release below and Zonte has some good info on their web site here https://www.zontemetals.com/projects/colombia/ I will have some more updates as I go through some more documents and info. ***************************************************************** '
