RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ainsworth's Big MistakeWhat a silly answer, if Ben and son Garrett never talk there is no deal proposal ever created to put before anyone. Garrett is the brains behind the NXE exploration, and his Board of NXE isn't likely to go against his influence and no way Leigh and his Board would ever want to deal with Ben and his dysfunctional misfit slate.
It ain't gonna happen! On the other hand I've talked to NXE and they are not totally against merger but too early to seriously get into talks about it. Maybe a year from now.
You appear to have no business sense. sasku3o8 wrote: Sudzie You can't speak out of both sides of your mouth and be credible. First you say that Ben was compelled by the major shareholders to merge PLS under one roof. Then you say NXE and FCU can't merge because Ben and Garrett down get along. How much do they own again? Can't major shareholders, if they wanted that happen, compel them to do so. I think that's how it works. The shareholders get to decide. Garret doesn't call the shots, and neither would Ben as a single director of FCU. I concede that it was Ben who lost out personally in the earlier merger for whatever reason. One side had to go, but he got his shareholders 51% before he went away. Kind of noble if that's how it happened. Could have easily been Dev and Ross getting 51% for FIS shareholders and Ben and Garret running it. Funny how some things come full circle.
