RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ainsworth's Big MistakeIf Ben doesn't talk to his son, no deal is ever brought or proposed. Garrett is the brains behind the NXE success and no one (major shareholders included) is goning to go against his influence.

Practically speaking no one would ever want to deal with Ben and the dysfunctional slate.

On the other hand I have talked to NXE and they are not totally against chatting with Dev and Ross, but its too soon. Maybe a year from now.

Then you say NXE and FCU can't merge because Ben and Garrett down get along. How much do they own again? Can't major shareholders, if they wanted that happen, compel them to do so. I think that's how it works. The shareholders get to decide. Garret doesn't call the shots, and neither would Ben as a single director of FCU. I concede that it was Ben who lost out personally in the earlier merger for whatever reason. One side had to go, but he got his shareholders 51% before he went away. Kind of noble if that's how it happened. Could have easily been Dev and Ross getting 51% for FIS shareholders and Ben and Garret running it. Funny how some things come full circle.
