Fraudulent news releases

Fraudulent news releasesIROCC and the Venture Exchange,by not expunging the trades after the takeover news release,are saying that anyone can put out any sort of fraudulent news release as long as they aren't a member firm and neither agency has the power to protect investors.What I would really like to say involves clown suits and tiny bicycles but I'll keep it to myself
