RE:RE:what the dissident board might be able to bring? No Negotiations are needed!! It sounds to me like OS can not even come up with the funding to put out an information circular. Why would FCU negotiate anything with the way this whole proxy fight came about. Very shady way to do things. Its certainly not a group I want on the board.
What a joke.

I hope that if FCUO and FCU management meet and come to a compromise say next Tuesday (hypothetucally speaking of course) - and say FCU management grants a few board seats to satisfy dissident shareholders (hypothetucally speaking of course) that we can still maintaine relationships with the other 3 folks Jim proposed becuase thus is the sort of new blood/fresh ideas that thinking outside of the box can lead to. Having tunnel vision and doing things the only way you know how sometimes leads one to miss opportunities. I think this FCUO group was actually a great thing for FCU and when a compromise is reached next week (hypothetucally speaking of course) I think the company will be in a better place for going through this exercise (hypothetucally speaking of course). Looking forward to having everyone on the same page soon (hypothetucally speaking of course)

Areva can operate in Canada and has the know how to continue exploring, conducting pre feasilbilty studies and development. I know the Howe and Bay Street 'ho's would hate a deal like this but many shareholders would probably love it, even though it wouldn't provide an immediate "liquidity event".
