call to sholdersi agree it is time to move on this is just the start of the toilet flushing the ridiculously high dividend and still exorbitant pay to executives for shrinking top line and losses was and still is a problem they likly never invested in the future when they were making money now they have no money to invest and are all about cutting when have we ever seen a news release on a new technogy or a new major customer joining them.... never it is always cut cut cut how can you cut 15 percent of your company and not impact service unless you were totally asleep at the switch which in this case both are likely the case

but not investing in this type of  business they will become comoditized  and this is a business that big US suppliers and China will eat them alive
