RE:Never bad thing to take a profit! Took profits from CXR today as well!  Enjoying a nice glass of wine to celebrate a stellar run.  Can't complain about a 30% return in a month!  I'm curious how far PHM will run.  I'm tempted to trade it up as Canadian HC continues to rebound in a big way.   PHM trading almost 10mil shares...that's the PHM I remember from before the nose dive.  

Got in near the ground on CXR and cashed in big.  Now the question is, do I play with fire and sprinkle some cash on PHM??  Decisions decisions.  Oh well, next week is a new week.  We'll see what happens!

Also, RIP Bigask.  That portfolio is horrid.  Better luck to you in 2016.  Don't spend all of that 11k in one place now!
