They also got screwed by PGE getting bought out.

It pretty much doubled the overhead costs over night and they did cut back in short order...but still need to pay full rent, lawyer fees, full ceo salary, etc.

A lot of that was split 50/50.

Eric coated his pocket on that deal...so he is no harm of not participating in any of these financings.
