RE:Back to where I startedIMHO.......An announcement from Tech that it has made an offer to takeover LSG......this would confirm Tech is moving in a major way into the PM sector and that they have confirmed that a major mind numbing resource at TW & TPW...........it could even be assumed to parrallel the McIntyre/Hollinger combined mine ounces.............deep rich HG resource multi multi kilometres in length open in many directions.......with operational centrally located LSG mine head frame all ready in place.....that can be pushed down much lower and drifted outward from it..............Bell Creek mill expansion at little capital cost to push gold ounce production past the 300,000 / year mark.
Albeit, LSG could also make a bid to take out EXS in advance of any movement from either G and or Tech on LSG................now wouldn't that be a huge game changing play......it would be like a 1960's TGS play all over again in the Timmins camp.
The best senario would be for LSG and G to form a Timmins Porcupine partnership under a newly created structured company to buy out EXS amd MEK.....to tie up all the TW gold ore zones and control all the Mills in the Timmins camp........
This would immediately be seen as a huge gold major play in the Timmins camp......with LSG/G/TME/EXS/MEK resources under one roof that also includes Borden/Fenn Gib and Juby....dare I say 30-50 million gold ounces...
Otherwise wait and see what comes about.....from all fronts....
