RE:Just voted them all out - 1.05 Million shares!

RE:Just voted them all out - 1.05 Million shares!Other points of note re directors remuneration:-

Claude Imbeault:-
Until the mine accident and 3 fatalities, Claude Imbeault was the underground mine manager.
He resigned after the accident, as it happened on his watch as underground mine manager, although he accepted no responsibility.
Pascal Hamelin was introduced as the new underground mine manager.
About two years after the accident, when Claude Imbeault's share options were about to be voided, he was re employed.
  • Does Metanor need Claude Imbeault on the payrol?
Ghislain Moran was a founder director with Serge Roy.
A few years after the company was formed, he resigned as a director ........
He was then re-appointed as a director about 2 years later and subsequently took over the position as CEO, in place of Serge Roy.
  • Does Metanor need Serge Roy as a full executive president.
The saving of these two salaries and their other employment costs, would have meant that the last PP, net of introduction fees, could have been reduced by circa 40% and the shareholders dilution minimised.

Who is taking the pain in Metanor?

Ron Perry, receives most of his remuneration via his consultancy company.  In past years, this has exceeded the salaryof the highest paid directors
