RE:RE:Got a call from Kingsdale

RE:RE:Got a call from KingsdaleForgot to add: I've also never taken money, hugs, drugs, sex or even a thank-you from anyone to post here or anywhere. I have a real career.  I inflict myself on everyone here free of charge. Lucky you!  Hence the Ignore button.  Use it if you like.
The Dev-otees should ask how much their BoD collect each month, and how many meetings they are required to attend per year.  What value do we SHs get for it?  Dev could dismiss them (except Ross) and nobody would notice anything, except a slower cash burn rate.   Unless I'm wrong, I'll bet nobody raised any conscious thought about the merger, but just rubber-stamped it without question.
I'll vote with my wallet.
