RE:Texas must have had a difficult childhood?I might have had a difficult childhood, but I don't think I'm demented, demystifying. If you'd care to read my posts, I've been asking for ideas as to how we might progress for the benefit of both sets of shareholders. I've even suggested a few ideas of my own. Did we discuss these ideas, Misty? Did you make any comments about them? Did you offer any suggestions of your own? No, Misty, you just offered more of the same old venom, the same old blame, the same old amnesia, along with another personal attack. What vacuity. Kind of like a dash mark next to "cash" on the balance sheet.
Well now you want Teuton to crawl on its belly to save you and you dignify this by calling it "leadership." What a joke, MIsty. Shall we revisit the "leadership" exemplified by you and your compatriots? Remember your e-mail? Remember Saldo, Phoenix, Magnum, Retribution, Cussythewindsurfer, Golden-calf, to name just a few? Remember the promises of last December's letter to Teuton? Remember the demand leading to Garnishing #1 and the subsequent consolidation? Remember the demand leading to Garnishing #2? Remember the demands that could have had the effect of ruining Teuton, American Creek's "partner?" And surely you remember all of your posts salivating at this prospect, eh? What leadership, Misty. What an example for everyone to follow, and if only Teuton had complied. But Teuton didn't comply, Misty. It didn't disappear as you have wished. Have you wiped away the saliva yet? Somehow Teuton survived and Moby The Great White Whale has escaped the harpoons (surely you remember what happens next).
Now you want "leadership" from Teuton to pull your chestnuts out of the fire. Chestnuts you threw into the fire for years at a time. Well, you've help dig your hole, Misty, and the financials will tell you what your digging has brought you. I know you're worried about the burn rate consuming everything while we endure Teuton failing to exhibit the leadership you demand, but fear not. Ohsureskees has the perfect solution: private money. Yes, Misty, private money will save the day. That or Teuton absorbing American Creek for a song.
Well, we have a few more days before the financials are out, MIsty. I'm sure you'll analyze them well and I'm sure you'll continue ridiculing Teuton for not saving you. None of this will be the fault of American Creek, of course. You've never said a word about American Creek's part in all of this, so I guess it must be Teuton's responsibility to save you. You were just sending e-mails to help Teuton's shareholders, right? You were just encouraging the course that has led you to where you are today. Now you're blaming Teuton for not cooperating. Now you want some "leadership" from Teuton, as if American Creek is incapable of demonstrating some "leadership" of its own. How impotent you must think those folks are, eh? Well, here's a new flash, Misty. American Creek has won the Treaty Creek litigation, and when the Company announced it had won the appeal, it also announced it was going to maximize the value of this fine prospect. Yes, Misty, American Creek is the operator now and you blame Teuton for getting in the way of the Company presenting a STANDARD operating agreement. Why doesn't Teuton just cooperate. Why, oh, why?
I hope this helps.
