This is not good. I don't think the lenders would make a new lending deal until this is setttled. this means this drags out until next march at least. I believe this is close all but finished. i hope i'm wrong but with indea dragging its feet on gas pricing and this case dragging out i don't hold much hope any more. All it would take is one market shock and nko is done.
