RE:Re Vote Matters

RE:Re Vote MattersTorriddog,

I have to reposnd to your poorly  thought out comments about the mergco being the best bus.

Sorry that is 100% wrong and down right silly.

If you still have your mergco information package read it for the first time.

The deal had a share conversion ratio that was not tied to any particular value,  the future was to be funded by DML sale of a Mongolian mine that they can not give any and lets not forget Dev was given $1.2 to $1.8 Million of our dollars for just standing around looking like a used car salesman.  Dundee pronounced the deal "fair"  meaning the process was followed but they explicitly stated they did not and were not asked to assign a dollar value to FCU shares.  But the current Directors and DML were all refering to how Dundee thought it was a fair valued merg...sounds like shell game play on words to me.  Does not instill trust

Think about alll this before you run to the key board and say something foolish again.
