IMP is not closing any deals

IMP is the prime contractor for the PPP

The PPP closes the deal .

The PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP has been awarded the contract they will handle all admistrative duties ....... IMP works for them

The only true issue was financing . The PPP has established financing mechanisms

How Mark missed so many details is beyond me
