If you read the use of proceeds it does mention drilling south zone. BUT ..... It also mentions working capital. The flo thru money MUST be used for drilling or they will in big doo doo with the taxman and nobody will invest a penny again.  The charity SCAM money, however, can be spent on anything they want. Big fat salaries, new vehicles, travel to Florida mining conferences, contracts for slippery IR 'consultants', whatever. If there isn't enough cash to fill the trough, they can always issue tens of millions of stock options now that the stock is beat down. You can and should vote your proxy. For or against just vote. It's really easy to do online, though they don't highlight that option. I doubt the combined votes of this board would matter sadly. Not when the flo thru and charity scammers have taken over 100 million shares this year. Moral victory maybe. Watch out for that giant wall of stock in 4 months. They will have no choice but a big rollup reverse split in the new year. Good luck to all
