Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

@ .075 when talks with this fund started. Somehow that has lead to a 50%+ drop in SP and instilled zero confidence or interest. Clearly the fund & MBC are more impressed with themselves than the market. MBC took 6 months to choose the fund's initial proposal over others but based on the amount of time taken to secure a final proposal it would seem they were not as close as one would have thought. IMHO
