SU even came back with an even lower bid than in April. 
I sold the day it was anounced for a fairly good profit in a very short time. (3days).
Sometime your first offer is your best offer....



The market already knows the deal isn;t going to happen.
SU is trading @ $37, COS is trading below the bid 
$37 x .25=$9.25
COS trrading @ $8.65
