It doesn't instill a lot of confidence considering Tpn has not even addressed Kenya since the dry hole was announced in early 2015 and both Tower and Premier walked away from the JV.
I'm out of Tpn & I've put all my eggs into the SMB basket, they finally delivered a JV that will drill several wells in Kenya and on their other properties.
Yes they've been slow to move but with $100+ Mill in drilling etc paid for by their partner Essel Group, the risk has certainly become less of a factor.
Plus SMB managed to hold 40% ownership in their Psc's which is pretty good in this current oil environment!
