So then the question comes up - what is a 16,000 boepd oil weighted producer usually worth? I'd say you can very conservatively come up with an enterprise value that FAR exceeds current EV. Usually you could throw out a number like 1 billion for a 16,000 boepd oil weighted producer and no one would question it. It wouldn't sound high at all. How conservative do you want to be? Eventually it will work itself out if oil recovers. The sooner, the better (because of declines) but there's plenty of leeway in there for a good return that exceeds most others.
