RE:Traded WarrentsFrom what I posted before you would think zero but that's what is confusing because if they aren't cashed in then the share price would be around $0.45/share. But right now there is a $0.10 spread on the warrant (if none are cashed) and a worst case $0.10 spread on the payout if all the warrants are cashed so I would never buy one when you can get a share in the company with less downside risk. I wonder how many will be cashed I'm guessing a lower amount as the first payout will be missing some of the money so you would have to front yourself a lot of cash while the last 3 cents are getting distributed a lot later. Also you wouldn't know how many other people have vested so 75% of them seems resonable which should give use a comfortable buffer of getting 35 cents a share even if costs grow.
