I would not trivialise the lack of filing. 1) When I give my money I must trust that the management of the company I give it to is credible. One measure of credibility is "Doing what they say they will do". 2) Its the LAW. So explain to shareholders again why we should not get too worked up about this. Yes, on the face of it, not earth shattering, but in reality it erodes credibility and is BREAKING THE LAW. And at the risk of ranting, this is the easy part. If management can not even do a simple Sedar filing in accordance with THE LAW, can they really be expected to deliver a MINE? Amateurs......
