New to AAR.UN board

New to AAR.UN boardI just started to follow this company, seems to me this company is very conservative with its balance sheet, can anyone comment on how well this management is doing running this company? any thoughts, they seem like good manager to me, basing my thoughts on what I've seen in the financials.
