What do you guys think of company's guidance?

What do you guys think of company's guidance?Company's guidance looks high to me. What do you guys think?

FIscal 2015Adjusted EBITDA guidance is confirmed at $42mm by the management during conference call. We know actual EBITDA for the first three quarters are: $3.5mm in Q1, $7.1mm in Q2, $9mm in Q3. That means Q4 EBITDA should be in the neighborhood of $22.4mm, which more than doubles Q3. I understand seasonality is a factor but it still looks high. I am not sure if that target will be hit. Any comments?
