RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Will close below $8.50it makes no sense for SU to drop their offer even if the new poison pill is approved because at the end of the day which ever date that is, if COS can't find a white knight then COS shareholders will finally get the message that their shares are not worth as much as they thought they were and they will submit and bend over for SU.

the only thing that can save COS shareholders is a rising oil price in the short term and then a rising SP.

the SU machine is now working full throttle, and if they walk away for 3-6 months they risk oil price recover and COS SP recovery and also starting up the takeover machine costs money.

It's in SU best interest to sweeten the pot and make a deal that everyone can live with but more importantly the big institutional shareholders.

we will find out soon enough what SU decides to do
